My handfuls of relics are getting smaller. Need to hit some better sites. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1502757597.067279.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1502757606.175662.jpg
I seem to be able to find harmonica reeds everywhere. Lots of toasties here. Tombac button, IHP, pocket knife.
Another couple at my black powder ball site. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1502757740.059774.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1502757751.026763.jpg
Any idea what the piece is with the 4 wings / knobs on it? Some kind of cap? I think the other item is a model T valve stem and the disk item is part of a pocket watch. I read _872 Swiss. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1502757862.870192.jpg
Last item is a tag. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1502757885.922669.jpg S.S.T. Co.? Nothing pops up in google.

Good luck out there!

Very nice relic hunt! :occasion14: The "four winged" item looks like a Model T radiator cap.

All that "stuff" tells me you are in the right spot. Nice stash of old relics and an Indian to boot.:icon_thumleft:

Looks like there may be a piece of shoe buckle there. Can you get a better picture of the curved piece?

Without a doubt that is a shoe buckle frag. I would date it around 1780 based on the pin terminal going across the full width of the buckle..

The copper/brass piece with the rectangular holes is a harmonica reed. Sometimes you will find full ones, most of the time a piece like this and sometimes you will find 2 or 3 in a hole. I've never found an actual harmonica but have found a couple dozen reeds. Typically means your into old dirt.
