Crystal Bowl, is it really Bohemia?

I received this bowl from my mother after she passed. I don't know how old it is or where it came from, but in researching Bohemia crystal I have not been able to find anything even close to looking like this. The bowl has etched tulips sideways on the bowl, and the leaves are silver. The rim and a band around the bottom of the stand are both silver. There is a gold color identification sticker that says Bohemia Crystal.

Does anyone know the age and/or design name of this bowl? Value?
Thanks for the help

There was so much produced in the Czech. over the decades that there might be another mark on the bottom that could help with the ID, but I'd say from the 60's looking at the style and colour of the label, black on gold.
Glass notes: some manufacturer's labels & marks

pepperj, thanks for looking and taking the time to respond. There are no other marks at all on this bowl.
