Very pretty. Canāt help on the value, but this is āKutani-wareā from Japan. The mark is this way up, with the columns reading from right to left:
The first column says ä¹č°· (Kutani, meaning āNine Valleysā) which is both the name of a village and a large surrounding area renowned for porcelain production. The second column will likely tell us more, but Iām not familiar with those characters. If our esteemed member Yang Hao is on-line I expect he can provide a translation which might lead to a more specific maker.
The style of the mark looks to be relatively modern, so I would think itās no older than vintage and perhaps quite recent. The extensive use of gold decoration around the cranes would suggest that too,
