Not a mistake, they updated the English language to be understood for the 1885 people to read. The original written in 1822 had some words that needed updating. This is proof of the ciphers being written in 1822, for those of you that don't understand!

A brief description of what has been done here.
I took the 71st letter from the deciphered text which is "I" (the number 8 on the desifered text and The 8th word in the declaration of independence "it(8)" Then the 194th letter of the deciphered text which is 603 spelling "I" The one next to it '107' Is happiness(107)'H'.
Then "38" Which spells 'u' "38u" is 316 on the deciphered text 316 on the declaration of independance is "u" but 317 is "A" . 1701 is ? as I do not find any value here. Next is "89" which is '49' On the deciphered text "entitle(49)E" This now spells 'IHA?E'. NOW "76" is 807 which is meant o be V BUT 818 IS actually V on beal cipher number 2 (it is a miss counting.)

A brief description of what has been done here.
I took the 71st letter from the deciphered text which is "I" (the number 8 on the desifered text and The 8th word in the declaration of independence "it(8)" Then the 194th letter of the deciphered text which is 603 spelling "I" The one next to it '107' Is happiness(107)'H'.
Then "38" Which spells 'u' "38u" is 316 on the deciphered text 316 on the declaration of independance is "u" but 317 is "A" . 1701 is ? as I do not find any value here. Next is "89" which is '49' On the deciphered text "entitle(49)E" This now spells 'IHA?E'. NOW "76" is 807 which is meant o be V BUT 818 IS actually V on beal cipher number 2 (it is a miss counting.)
