The smaller silver coins i hunt for are 1gram or less, there a hard target in my soil which can fill the Deus mineral scale.
In my test garden on a 1gram silver coin, the Etrac just about beats the Deus with 11" coils, but not by much and 7.5" is about it's limit, my Signum with 10"x6" sniper coil @14khz is about 1/2 inch behind the Deus.
Big coils can work deeper if you match the freq to the target, the .8 gram coin in the pic can be got at 9" with the Signum using a 12.5"x9.5" coil at 14khz.
The Etrac with larger Ultimate coil wasn't a good combo for these targets, and little was gained.
