Yes... worth more than 25 cents for sure.... as far as exact value... = What someone is willing to pay.
Auction such as Ebay might be in order... start at reasonable price and let it get bid on.

yes on the quarter. The O in GOD in the nickel looks wonky but the coin is so trashed its hard to say how it came out of the mint
