All of my half dollar veins are tapped out! I still pick up whatever loose and CWRs that I can find. I am finding 3-4 40%ers a month.

My new goal is 2-3 dime boxes a day, 6 days a week. Hopefully I will find 15-20 silver dimes a week.

So far:
Sunday
Box #1 - 2 FDRs
Box #2 - 3 FDRs
Monday
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 1 FDR
Tuesday
Box #1 4 FDRs and 1x1968 Canadian (50% Ag)
Box #2 1 FDR
Box #3 1 Merc (1944)
Wed
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 skunk
Thurs
Box #1 shunk
Box #2 2 FDRs
Box #3 shunk

Totals: 14 US silver dimes and one 50% Canadian dime

Monday
Loomis Box #1 1967 Canadian silver dime
Loomis Box #2 1964D

Is really bugs me that there is no way to tell if this is a 50% or 80% silver. I love Canada, but their mint doesn't play nice ??? :-\

Wednesday:
Wasn't able to get any dime boxes

$150 CWR: 1964

Loomis Box Nickels
1944 P
1945 P

other 1940s x 8
1978 and 1980 Canadian
1974 S Proof (banged up)

That is what is magical about half dollars, even 40%ers
3 40%ers is worth 6 silver dimes!

looks like a pretty good week - congrats on all the finds!

You did a lot better than I did. My finds for the week were:

2 Rosie's
2 90% halves (1 Walker, 1 Ben)
4 40% halves
3 82P no FG halves

Good luck the rest of the week!

+1. MIh is doing about as good as $$ with the dimes. :)

And I search Brinks dime boxes as well and have about the same 1 keeper per box avg. I like seaching Brinks dime boxes because they are so easy to search & dump.

And finding silver @ face is sure great! H$H!

Were you able to go to Windsor any time to get Canadian boxes? I know that the mint culls the silver, so CWRs should be better.

Interestingly the second box had 54 Canadian dimes, none of which were silver. Normally I find 5-10 per box.

Totals for this week
16 silver US dimes
2 canadian silver dimes (1967, 1968)
1 war nickel
5 40% half dollars
