Sales aren't what they used to be but I did manage a few finds on the cheap.

The brass desk bell has a sunflower design, it was $1.

The Goebel Doll is named Shabby O'Hair and is from 1957 I believe. Nice complete and in the box. He was $5.

Got the small Schatz 400 day clock last week for $3. It needs a new suspension spring.

The pop art fake waffles are collectible. It's made by Frozen Moments. It was $1

I bought the knife because it was shaped a little different, it was marked and it was only $.50. It's a Dexter 32912. It should clean up pretty well.

A few other mentionables are a Citizen Eco-Drive (with issues) $2, a couple silver coins that I pulled from a small bag of foreign coins that I got for $1. A 925 and onyx Superman logo ring that was badly misshappen. The mandrel took care of that. It was $3.

Last but not least is what I (think) have determined to be a Roman spindle whorl. It was free.

The knife is a butchers scimitar or cimeter. Likely 1970's
the old days we used to take the handles to the band saws to improve grip as the old rosewood got slippery with use. Great for cutting melons too.

He's just as ugly if nothing else.

I figured someone grooved the handle to prevent slippage.
