Not chert, quartz, and as EU said its not a petrification. Looks like a river cobble.

It don't chip easy super heavy and it is wired it has all details in side and out that a reptile of some kind teeth skin pattern eye detail skull struture spinal cord

Oh I forgot to say the two pieces were one I cut it in half my self It was a rock from a old river bed that was dry and no longer has water flow
