Without knowing or researching anything about these specific coins, I'd offer a generalization . . .

Proofs generally have much lower mintage numbers than the business version coins of the same year. But, for some reason, it just doesn't seem like circulated proofs are in high demand by collectors when they are not BU (or PR-6x). Am I wrong?
