Two silver quarters were 1942 and 1924

It was odd how one side was black and one side was clean.
Also found several lead seals and a giant hunk of lead under some tree roots

It's solid lead? It reads ANCO LEAD CO. that's all I know right now.

Freakin hard labor. That lead item looks interesting. Would love to find a standing liberty. I know I can go buy one but whats the fun in that. Finding your own makes it more rewarding.

Yeah.. Not worth much to me if bought.
No mint mark on this one..so about 16$

That's a lot of digging! I don't know if I could stand that kind of excitement digging up what "could" be containers of coins only to find plugs of lead! It's hard enough when the "ring" turns into a pop top! Lol!
One of these days it will be jars of coins! GL. HH!

Awesome finds!!!! That giant piece of lead has to weigh a freakin ton! No wonder you are worn out if you were schlepping that thing all over the place!

Haha..thanks guys... That lead weighs about 30lbs.
It stayed under the tree til I left
