Early morning foundation hunt, (buckle help please)

Yes, Research no doubt pays off, discovered some old foundations on some back roads by my house where some farms were located back in the 1800s, hunted for about an hour before my boss called with some work to do. first 3 hits were some indians, 1864,1881, & what I think is an 1894. the buckle seems to be the best find, just looking for an aprox. date from one of the experts out there. seems to be fully intact w/smooth motion.

ok, my guess is suspenders, can anyone give a date? has anyone found one of these before? im guessing mid to late 1800s victorian age.
