EMail Crap

Comcast has Baught Adelphia.

I think because Adelphia was Giving too good service.

Comcast felt they needed to get rid of them.

Anyway, Ever since, I have been having problems, and at the moment
have no EMail.

Comcast tells me they will get back within 72 Hours.

Just a heads up at this point.

Yea, But how do I get an Activation EMail, Without one ?

I had YIM at one time, but forgot my ID & Password.
havn't used it for too long.

when I tried to Retrieve it they EMaild it to me :P

I had Comcast and dropped them an now use AT&T SBC. Even if I need tech support, I get an American speaking English. It was cheaper too.

Just set up a new account. You don't need an Activation e-mail anymore. I've been using it for 6 years now, or something like that, never had a problem. It's great.

Comcast is a monopoly down here when it comes to cable tv.I refuse to use them for that or internet service because there rates are too high.I can't see spending over a $100 a month for the two combined services.

I use Yahoo for all my email addresses. I must have 4 or 5 now.

Yahoo rules! Haven't gotten a signal virus since I dumped Outlook Express and changed to Yahoo years ago.

Hope you get this thing ironed out on your end Jeff. Trouble with the old pooder really stinks.

EMail is back up again.

Last night before bed, I ran my SPybot and it pulled up 2
somethings titled ADELPHIA DI and another ADELPHIA something. I hit Fix and emails
from throught the day started slowly filtering in.

Not sure if it were some type of Spyware from Comcast
trying to fix or change my email over, from earlier when I talked to them on the phone.

Hi geff ,Donnot known much about the e-mail thingy but down here in upside downland.[australia] E-mail systems have gone crazy, near half of e-mails sent got ejected and sent back.i just though i was my P>C.but it wasn,t

Yes that seems to be happening for a couple months now here.

A friend gets a Note on screen everytime he emals me, saying Failure or something even when they get through.

J.D. is having problems also and can't get on line.

I think the Sky is about to fall.

Hi geff, gypsy was the only e-mail that i could send to in the states,no-ones elses would work.Thanks to marc and gypsy, with their help i got every thing sorted.
