Got out to the old beach again today. Beautiful day of rain and thunderstorms. Loved it. My first gold was a grill with some porcelain teeth? Interesting to say the least. At least I didn't have to take it off a skull! My second is a 14K wedding band dated 5/12/25. Nice and thick, just the way I like them.

Again a variety of finds. The token is interesting. People's gold star club member Peoples Outfitting Co 122 Michigan Ave at Shelby One coin good for 5.00 on any new purchase of 50.00 or over if presented at time of purchase. Only one coin or check accepted on any one purchase.

Two silver rings, one and a half brass ones. Two Washingtons, two merc's and a silver religious medal and a brass one.

Anyway the gun is a toy. The HUGE brass medallion that says Universal Cooler is heavy! Strange find for sure. Quarter is for size reference.

Thanks for looking. Another profitable and enjoyable day.

You are right on there. Once I decide to let the cat out of the bag, and you can see the pictures online you will know what I am up to. Over 100 gold rings have come out of this spot in the last two years. This was huge with a capital H. Trouble is now with all the weeds, muck and clay above the sand it is hard to get down to the good stuff in all the areas. I am looking to buy a CZ-20 with an 8" coil to mow the weeds over.

Now that is just ridiculous

That's an insane amount of finds from the same general location, congrats! So are there other guys that detect there, or are you lucky enough to have this as a private spot?

Well, lets say it is private to a diver as far as I know. I know of 8 waders that have hammered the shallows. I have a friend Kevin that comes and dives. He got a gold ring two days ago. We are in water just over the waders reach out to about 7' deep.

A hint to how popular this beach was. The bath house could handle over 6 thousand swimmers each and every day.

As much as I am finding in the deeper water, if it was hit by anyone, they either didn't know their machine or they gave up because of all the trash. Either one works for me.

What a great spot, the sheer volume of people is impressive, and it shows in your finds.

I remember seeing old B&W movies that showed such beach scenes. One of the beaches in one movie had so many people that in the movie, they had a difficult time just finding a place to "sit". And of course, it was a comedy, so there had to be some poor slob that got in trouble. :laughing7:

That is quite the amazing haul, especially after hitting the area that hard for 2 years!! VERY well done!! :notworthy:

This is a bridge:

This is a grill:

Awesome finds!! Congrats!! I started grinding my teeth when I saw the grill, lol

I wonder what that guys smile looks like now ??

I would guess from the dates on things I am finding there, Most likely he is 6' underground.

Probably shark food, the shark could still be alive though.
