I found this error coin and it has a weird error, any info on what type of error this is or would this type of error add any value to the coin.

how is that possible when you have the struck detail above the error..

I'm just saying it looks a lot like PMD, if not it is probably a lamination error, but I'm sticking with PMD. It looks like glue or something stuck to it. Someone else will give an opinion too I'm sure. I don't know if I am right, but it just looks like PMD do me.
