Facebook has a local Garage Sale private group. I joined and the second day I found a Sunbeam Rotisserie New in Box. I paid $10 for it, and have sold it for $90. The prices are a bit higher, but, as usual, if you can buy right, there's money to be made.

I am going to join for the neighboring communities. I live near some rich people...

Very true, I've bough several pairs of brand name shoes from FB yard sale groups and sold them online. It's also a great way to get rid of stuff, especially things that are bulky & hard to ship. I've sold, coats, rugs, furniture, even a car. Plus it's all cash, which is always nice.

Yes, it is a good place to sell here also, my wife has sold a lot of purses, uggs, and jewelry.
