Was hikking and i dicided to walk off the trail about a mile, it was a stupid idea, but i stumbled across a trench from an old war, i was so fasinated by it i walk down next to it for awile, then i saw it..... An old skelliton holding a worn out gun shapped object
WOW!

cool ! so I take it, from your location,
this may have been from an Indian War ?

Very odd though !

you say gun shaped object ?

could it have been something else ?

could it have been a lost hiker,
hunter, Misidentified ? or perhaps a washed out grave from
a flash flood.

If you can't get pics, in particular, any sign of clothes, buttons,
gun "shaped" object, shoes,
you should at least double check & maybe report it.

OH & Welcome to treasureNet !

if I'm wrong about where you are.

U.S. or No ?

just thinking I don't think war trench if U.S.

Impossible!!! Within a few month old, a body holding a gun, in a sitting upright position, skeleton intact. animals/insects would pick apart every bit, flesh then cartilage, then scatter and bones easily 100 ft away from original area. I hunt antler sheds as well and came across quite a few deer carcasses. Individual vertebrae are always separated let alone bones with cartilage attached sitting up right.
