Finally Carolus 3 showed his face..

Pretty much just swinging in the woods looking for a random copper or whatever. Was almost skunked today when I picked a couple boulders under some beech trees to hunt because it looked like a good picnic spot. So I get a signal finally and it wasn't exactly screaming 'silver' but I thought it was a dime or maybe a quarter at best. A 12-43 signal on the ctx. So I dig and cut through a tangle of tree roots to find the coin. It's a 1R from Lima, and holed which is cool. Been looking for one of these for some time!

Thanks all- certainly it was a surprise. I've been hoping to find a version of this for quite some time. Once the old coppers started showing up I began to feel like I was getting closer. Not sure what my expectations are now!
