FINALLY SOME SILVER ! IN UNUSUAL PLACE

I finally found a 1936 murcury tonight along with a 1940 wheatie in a playground behind a school in Franklin Tn. It was in a new park under 20 years old found in wood chips along with two pennys nickle adn 25 cnts in clad also a rosie all found in about 35 mins went down there after the sun went down it was a little cooler then was too hot in the sun . This is my first silver and wheatie with new detector

That's really neat Digg! Reminds me of the time I found a 1946 Booker T. Washington half in a schoolyard sandbox.....I figured some kid brought it to school for show and tell.

does seem strange to find those coins in the bark. in all the hours in the bark at newer parks, i have found only 1 wheat. c'grats garrettfan2
