Very nice find and now it is on like donkey kong.
CHUDs, not sure what to call that one. It's thick enough to be Haskett, but the flaking reminds me of something else. Either way it's a great find.
If it's a Haskett, that's a better example than most hunters will find. Rare, rare points. Here is a link with some more info on Hasketts. They are among the oldest point types in the US.
