Finding a nice treasure without MD (not so serious)

I went to my favourite butcher today and found a real treasure (+2 lbs) (my treat for tomorrow night)

Where are you located at. You don’t see quality meat like that where I live( south Florida ). Lived in Utah for a few years and the Western beef was awesome!
