My boyfriend bought me a White's M6 for my birthday (early present, my birthday is next week)! Within 3 hours I found a mangled ring (someone suggested anniversary ring) it doesn't look gold but possibly copper. I also found a 1966 Penny and a 1976 nickel. The penny was found in a park where I also found a 1963 dime last year.
I Have high hopes for this new detector! It has been a good day for me!

Your boyfriend must really like you. The M6 is a pretty good machine, I like mine. I do have a little trouble pinpointing deeper targets though. So far I've found 3 junk rings and a few earrings and about $30 in clad...quarters seem to ring true...if it says a quarter you can bet that 90% of the time it will be a quarter. Try playgrounds and school grounds and rake in the clad!

Laughingcrow, welcome to Treasure Net. I used Photoimpression 5 to doctor up your picture. Cropped it, and resized it to make it a bit larger. Lightened it up to bring out the coins.

Hope you don't mind. Just wanted to show you what the program can do.

Looks like you had a good day. I went out for a while and come back with on 3 coins 1 dime 1 nickle and 1 penny. Keep up the good work and look forward to your posting.
