Finished Field of Surprises - WOW!!! - UPDATED

This has to have been my best day this year.

See the shots of the debased Roman Silver coming out the ground, had no idea it was silver until after the first photo.
I had:
Roman Silver - Severus Alexander - Rome AD232, Mars Reverse
3 Hammered:
Ed I - York Mint
Alexander III Scottish cut-halfpenny - Berwick Mint
Then on the way back to the car in the smaller field I got a loud hit I thought might be a coke can piece on the top, looked for it on the surface, picked up a white stone (thinking it might be it), but then spotted the hammered pocking out the grass Turns out to be a rare Henry VIII Groat

A nice 17th Century Button - type I need

That coin of King Henry VIII "is very nice, I suppose that this finding came together several key factors:

1 - One of the best hunters U.K.
2-A very good machine (GMP).
3-The Areas are rich in findings (Although "Cru" insist on denying it.)
4-A coin in very good condition.
5-The coin belongs to the most good artistic period of history .

... need not be Banner ..... I will always remember this coin.

MAN, I gotta comment again on how beautiful that Hammered Henry the 8th Silver is....and the way you found it is crazy! That's hand down one of the COOLEST coins that I've ever seen. No chance of diggin one of those over here though What a Beauty
