I had thought last Saturday was my last day to hunt this year but after work I decided to hit a local school since it was close by. Originally, there used to be an older schoolhouse back in the early 1900s toward what is now the back of the school, so I hit this area hoping for a silver coin of any kind.

I decided that since lots of kids play here in the schoolyard it couldn't hurt to set my disc on the Silver uMax down to between iron and foil to see if I could get a gold ring. Well, after about a half hour I got a bit more than a gold ring and landed a beautiful 14k gold bracelet made in Italy weighing in at 11.2 grams! This is the first gold found by my new Silver. :D

Here's a before pic and one after a gentle baking soda bath. Oh, and I was using the 12x10 coil.

Noone tell "DICK CHANEY" we have his bracelet...Prolly dropped it while hunting for "QUAIL" (spelling)

lol...

Nice find. I never put my Disc above Iron for my Cortes. The more rubbish you clear, the happier you should be. Trust me.

Hey! My old girlfriends' bracelet I gave her back in '97!
Yeah, good ol' Diane Clark!
Tell ya what, I'll let you keep it anyway!
Merry Christmas. (joke!) ha, ha! ;)
