First Barber

I went out searching curb strips for a couple hours while my wife was having knee replacement surgery. I got a deep quarter signal right next to the sidewalk. Surprise, out pops a 1916-D Barber quarter, my first Barber of any type. It is well worn but it still counts.

I've got about a dozen dimes but no quarter or larger on the barbers and all my barber dimes are in the 1900's.

Awesome barber! I went 2 years with a merc 1920 being my oldest silver and in 2 separate hunts at the same place this year nailed 3 barbers and a seated. Crazy how this hobby works! Congrats, hope the wife is well

It took me along time to Find my 1st Barber Quarter. Then 10 years for my 1st Barber Half I still need a Cap Bust and Seated Half in my Treasure Hunting. goldnugget
