First hunt in a cellar hole
Found 2 buttons
1920's half and half tobacco can
1940 Williams quick and easy shaving powder bottle (still had some left in it lol)
Old handsaw blade
2 shotgun shell heads
A crapton of nails
A flattened lead/coin/button? (Too far gone to tell)

Took some advice and only used iron audio for iffy targets thx Loco

Looks like you had a good day digging history. :icon_thumleft: By the assortment of your finds the place may have much more for future hunts...

Yup and it is a spot that the owner allows detecting and doesn't make you ask.
He said just fill in holes and carryout trash.
Which I do anyways lol

there is a lot more paint on that tobacco tin - see if you can track down some oxalic acid - it will take off the surface rust....leaving the paint - works well on any sort of tins...toys...license plates - that ground you are in seems to be kind to tins - find some 1930s beer cans and you might have some $$
