Tried the Tesoro Silver uMax out today for the first time and am very pleased with it. Very easy to pinpoint. Found alot of older deep change in my yard( .70 cents) along with these 4 toy cars.

Televue,
Congrats on your new Silver Umax, and you first finds. You will come to LOVE that detector the more and more you use it. You will eventually learn the different tones and be able to pretty much tell what the target is as far has coins, iron, shotgun shells, etc.
Looking forward to seeing your future posts.

Congrats on the nice lineup of cars, Tele!

Pretty soon you be like Jay Leno... in miniature! ;D

The little Tesoro Silver uMax is an excellent machine.
They simply do exactly what they are supposed to.

I just watched a couple videos of brand X finding silver dimes and couldn't help but think a Tesoro could do the same thing, without the Axel Faltermeyer soundtrack!

Welcome aboard Tnet!
We like pics, here... ;D

Welcome and congratulations on the cars. I have an older Tesoro and keep thinking I need a new one right after I dig this beep!! Cool finds and pics.

Welcome my friend! Nice used car lot ya found there!

Keep us posted on your hunts! Looks like you got the hang of that new machine! Congrats!

I found my first car a week ago, not that nice!

Great finds televue, and welcome to Tnet. There was a chap on here a while back, who found toy cars and cleaned them back up, and then re-painted them. They looked like new. Umm maybe an idea for you to think on.

God bless
Peter
