well stopped at a small park on the way home from work and got in 45 minutes before it got too dark. i got real excited because i found my oldest coin and my first wheat! a 1945 wheaty also found my first ring, a junk mood ring. but its still treasure to me. going on vacation to germany next week and am trying to figure out how to pack my detector so it won't get broken. my home town is from the 1600's and i really doubt if it has ever been detected so I'm excited to go give it a try. will post my results when i get back.

The first ring is the best one, you'll find more but the feeling is not the same as the first. Congrats on the wheat too.
