Here you go Van. I hit some old fields with Vanoldschool this weekend. We had a great time and i cant wait to get back there and pull some more good stuff out of the ground. Pictured are some old Army and USMC buttons. Also, a 43 merc and a 53 rosie along with 7 wheaties. The medal was found at a park close to home a week ago. I'm not sure on the dates of the buttons. The backs are too corroded to read the makers. Surprisingly, the shanks are still intact. If anyone can date them that would be appreciated. Thanks for looking.

Yeah, I'd be proud to wear that medallion.
It's got the Pres, a fish, looks like a shovel,
even has the place to put a name card in.
That is one cool looking relic.
Carl
Now I have to look up why the fish has significance to the BPOE.
Salmon?

Just looked them up, did not know it was part of a totem.
Interesting.

The large eagle is an old enlisted visor cap insignia. It appears to be a pre-WWI style.
