great photo. Did you photo shop it, or do you have a lens that good? I've purchased a 2x converter for my 300mm lens, but it won't get here until tomorrow, so I'm curious
what you did. I worry that it will be limited due to low light in overcast western Oregon.

I use a Nikon P520,nicest point and shoot I've found yet,upload to Windows Photo Gallery,there I can manipulate a bit when needed.

What a cute and colorful bird... what is it??
I havent seen one like that before.
We have woodpeckers close to that, red head and black and white body... but I know thats not a woodpecker...
??

Great picture of a Red Bellied woodpecker. We have them here in south Georgia too.
