Very neat finds you have there. Imagine finding armour scale here in the states...you are lucky to live in a place with such a long history.

WHAT ARE ALL THOSE HOLES IN THE FIELD? Rodent holes? Kind of reminds me of salt marshes in the states here with all the ghost crab holes.

Those Sigismund coins are great finds--and very small items to find with a metal detector. For those who have never held one of these coins, they are also very thin as well. I have a collection of them that I have purchased over the years from different Mints--Buda, Pecs, and so forth. They are very nice Old silver coins.

Yes, those rodend holes...voles, field mouse...Underground nests are dug 30 to 40 cm deep into the ground and are used for food storage, offspring raising, and as a place for rest and sleep.
