Went out yesterday (Sunday) with my bro in law and a guy from work. We were hunting West of an old fort dating back to the 1850's, near a well. Found lots of musket balls in 3 calibers, some square nails and a really cool awl that I'll post later when I get a pic.

My prize, however, came just short of an hour into the hunt. My first, and oldest? ;D find.

Yes I'm hooked! And we'll definitely be going back. There's an old townsite as well as a Sutler's store and a U.S. Indian Agent office nearby.
