First Silver

Today I went out with an old friend and found my first siver coin. Yesterday I found the other object and was hoping that someone can help identify it.

I think the other item is an inspection stamp that would have been placed on a bag of grain or something similar. Given the date though it is still really cool.

Sweet Merc. That one was lost before it could circulate much. Now would be a good time to pick out a "treasure box" to keep all the loot you will be finding. Place the 1st Silver in it for seed and get ready to be amazed as it fills. Your mystery item does look like a tread or yarn guide (sewing machine as stated above) but maybe to a larger, commercial application machine. Looking forward to more posts. HH Chris.
