Anything with an "S" mintmark is worth keeping. Type II 1972's are worth more than the silvers and not that hard to find. Being a large and technically challenging coin to make there are lots of die cracks / breaks that are cool to find. Also you should keep all the '75's you find ;)

Just checked them again and found 2 1976 (bicentennial) with a "D" mint mark. Also, a 1972 "D" mint mark. What is a Type II 1972?

I was waiting to see if anyone else would pick up on this. I had to read the original post twice to make sure that I read it right.

lol guess they did not make any '75's? I didn't really pay too close attention, should have said 1971's through 1978.

23 1976's, 45 1971's, 3 1972's, 3 1974's, 3 1977's, 6 1978's, and the mint mark ones.
