I would say that's is pretty good for the first time out! If you live in a house that was built before 1960 you may find a silver coin there...Nice digs!

I agree, but don't discount a house if it's newer than that either. My house was built in 1980, but the terraced area next door led me to do some research, and I found out that it used to be a drive-in theater in the 50's (the terraced areas are where the cars would sit). I've only found a single silver dime here, but plenty of wheats. Do the legwork and even newer areas get older!
