Flirting with the 1800s

[PA Sleuth]

My brother recently purchased a fixer upper, built in approximately 1910. The house has a side yard approximately 100' by 50', probably used for outdoor gatherings and picnics at one time. Hunting for approximately one hour on each of the last five Sundays, I found the coins pictured. Although I have yet to break into the 1800s, I am certainly satisfied with these results. These were found with a Garrett Ace 250. I just ordered a Minelab E Trac and plan to go over the area again. Hopefully the field will continue to produce!

man for just joining, you pulled many keepers in a short while. Took me months to find that amount. Never more than 3 at a time, but usually 1 every 20 hours of dirt fishing. Congrats on the great haul and on a great permission.

My understanding of the soaking rain is that it provides better conductivity allowing you to reach deeper targets
