Flying Eagle Cent, 1820s Eagle belt plate [partial],& another half penny

They have used some heavy equipment [scrapers and bulldozers] to ready a field for development.
The site is where a farmstead was in 1871.
I hunted the ground that was left and the dirt that was dragged away.
I found these and hope to find more when I go back.
Thanks for looking and best luck. :hello:

Beltplate is fourth from the bottom at this site.

Those are some extremely nice finds :icon_thumright: really like the eagle and the half penny is something you don't see everyday.

Great finds.....and I'll be waiting to see all of the pieces of that sensational buckle put together......that looks like some of
the pottery finds I find here in S. Korea.....and it takes me a looooooong time to get them joined together. But, it is worth
the wait. Always enjoy your posts.

Could be I guess------IT measures 2 3/4 inches across.
Do you know what size hat badges are?

Thanks Mark----The rest of the badge is in the 50" by 300" dirt pile that they excavated I think.
I have pounded the spot to death and there are no more non ferrous targets there.
