In a large steam pot put layer of onions on top of this a laryer of corn on the cob, layer of red potoes , layery of smoked sauge , layer of shrimp cut 3 lemons old bay water to cover cayanne pepper. layer of blue crabs, boil for 20 mins. turn of heat let sand for 10 mins. drain water pour all ingredints on to news paper and dig in. makes a fat baby cry.

I have that exact same seafood dinner at the Captains Table in Seattle whenever I'm in the city and its fantastic.

They use King Crab claws instead of the Blue Crab, and a lot of clams, but what the heck.

A little wooden block and mallet...a bibb...Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

And gotta have good company.

I'm calling Cristina right now.
