Apple seeds have cyanide in them. Best to avoid them. Unless; of course, you desire to go insane, start having auditory/visual hallucinations, become extremely paranoid, and then die a painful death.

Absinthe can help with that as well. (No not the watered down stuff that is legal...I'm talking about wormwood.)
