Any idea what this is from? Northwest Missouri sand bar surface find.

That's a big one! Could be 'from ''bison antiquitus'', due to it's size.

I would have to agree, but from what? I will start with the bones i find the most of (Bison Antiquus) and work from there. Being such a deformed specimen might make it hard with the erosion that is present. The thing is, this specimen is fossilized more than any other one i have found, almost like hard stone. The others were preserved very well, like they were in suspended animation. I will post any new information i may find. If any more images are needed for anyone to aid in any way please let me know.

I am thinking this is a broken Humerus of a Bison. I will show why i think this.

This is the specimen compared with a Humerus from a Bison, it is a little larger, and im only guessing. Any ideas?

I meant that the lighter colored bone is larger (allowing for the erosion) than the darker one.
