Fould a Bullet Today Need an I.D.

Wondering if anyone can identify the caliber and roughly what year its from.It has 3 rings but dosen't look like any 3 ringer ive seen before.Its made of lead.

Look like a modern 38 wade-cutter pistol bullet.When you post something you should always put a ruler or coin
in the photo with the item so people can get an idea of the size.
