Found 4 "BLUE JAY" buttons today, Help with ID Updated with picture of back too

I found 4 of these buttons today out in the woods. The only thing I can find is maybe they have to do with the Blue Jay Battalion with is part of the Johns Hopkins ROTC. Can anyone identify these buttons and put an age to them? They are about the same size as a dime.
