There are 2 mint mark locations for the CC. One is above the bow and the other is below the bow. Both are valued about the same.

Here is the dime. The thing was down 9 inches, almost gave up on her. Glad I didn't because she is a beauty. Also I found this tin that had to be 10 to 11 inches down. I was wondering if it was a condom tin. It has some nice detail on it and a number on the inside.

Nice silver you got there! It does look more like a watch cover like mariposagold said, any markings on the inside of it?

Cool ! I never knew about the CC in that location.

You can never get enough Seated Coins though 8-)

Nice Finds

the Tin looks like a woman's Compact.

a Little too well made for condom's imo unless it was
made to transfer & carry the Reusable community condom in.

Plus no company name on it

Nice Seated. That over thing looks like a pocket watch cover to me. Is it silver?
Seems to be the markings on inside are. 7 l. 8. . I figured it was some sort of cover from a watch or. Some other thing, it looked to nice to be a tin .I think its silver , it is thin, but stronger then I don't no maybe alum .Well it was down deep and been there along time and it has no corrosion on it. I don't no if mother nature takes a toll on silver coins that where lost or its more the ware of the coin before it was lost, but all the coins in this area come out mint.
