Found a bunch of bottles today late 1800's

Most of these date late 1800's as seems stop below neck.5 on right are 1900up seems go to top.Area starts old and goes newer as you head out to right from tree.To the left is nothing.Directly under tree was 1880 and up bottles.Think next time i will dig to left of tree and see if they get older,I normally metal detect on Saturdays but wanted to hit this spot hard. Not much variety in bottles. So think i will keep it on my part time list instead of the weekend one.Bottles are not my thing but if i can get them i roll with it.Also got boots, plates, bricks, irons, slate tile ect.

Not a bottle person myself but that's a good amount of them from one location, shame they aren't a little older. But it's still nice to find that many in good unbroken condition.

Junkhunter, thanks for the bottle post. You are in a good area and there are likely many more bottles still there. Judging from some of the broken ones, there is older glass there. Suggestion... Go back and move some more dirt! ( when you post bottles, you should post them in the bottles and glass section. They'll get a lot more attention there)

oh i moved some dirt, the roots are a bugger though.I dug it down to solid rock wich is 2 to 3 feet down. And so much iron and nail piles detector is useless.
