I have been bigtime busy and have not had much time to get out. Today, Charlie and I went for a 20 minute walk and picked up these odds and ends. The black triangle is clearly flaked and I believe that its the tip of a broken point. The white quartz is good quality and has been worked and i think they are simply used flakes. The quartzite looks to be a rock in these poor quality photos, but what you can't see is the even tapered base. Its a very common find at low tide. The white item might be a pottery shard. i am no expert on pottery at all but this is clay and if you look at the one edge, it appears and feels like the rim of a pot or other clay pottery item. Anyways..... not much but still a good time.

Airborne,

Looks like some knapping on the one piece fer sure. I think the smooth piece is from the rim of some kind of vessel/pot.
To be able to walk the beach is a pure blessing. Something will be new daily.
Keep having a good time. Glad to see your pup enjoys it as well.

Great finds to bad about that broken tip. Looks like it would have been big. Some type of pottery wonder what the age is? Nice hunt with Charlie. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks brother.... I do love walking along the water and Charlie insists on at least one swim per day hahah. I agree about the clay item...... looks and feels exactly as you say.... like part of a rim. Stay safe.
