Tesoro and Troy Shadow Fisher Gold Bug Pro Minelab Equinox 600.
Not sure exactly what it went on but we generally call them pack/ harness buckles. Usually used on horse equipment. They had other uses also and they are really hard to date. Yours looks to be old. Tennessee digger

Tennessee Digger, thanks for the information. I found it in a recently tilled field it was 6 inch's down. it is my first buckle I found.

As stated above, horse related & hard to date, maybe late 19th C but could be 50 years later..

I like that buckle. I love to find them. Never saw one curved like that. a cool find. Maybe it's just bent.
