Found my oldest coin & button maybe?

Went to an old school yard today. Found my oldest coin yet, a 1927 Wheat penny ... Also found this thing that looks like a button. Its in pretty bad shape. The back started to fall apart and did look to have an anchor on the back, but it was rusted and fell off.. Also found this little pin... Seems to say 4K on the back, but I cant really make it out. Never heard of 4k Maybe says something else.... Here are the pics..
