Found this on the beach, it’s metal with sharp point and a hole in the other end. Any idea what it could be or what it came from?

Pictures are dark out of focus a bit also.
Looks like a sparkler-or a skew of burnt marshmallows
Basically a measurement and better photos are needed to get an ID.

I have on occasion found a nail where the rust was off the upper 1/4 or 1/3rd of the nail leaving a very pointed and sharp point. I am NOT saying that is it, just going by my own experience. OK, just took a second look, not a nail at all. My only other comment would now be...

The whole strip of beach from below Myrtle to above North Myrtle was used for training by the Army and Air Corp before and during WWII. We have found all kinds of stuff, scrap metal to 50cal bullets .
