Got out with some great friends this weekend and found one of my favorite colonial relics, a watch key. This one would have held a stone or piece of glass in the center. It would have been attached to a piece that looped half way around from the ends to another attachment for the chain. I love finding relics and especially watch keys. I also found a mid-1800's Sportsman button.
