I found a new place to hunt but it was hard hunting,Iron everywhere so I went to turtle mode and was able to sniff out some silver. The merc was stuck to a piece of iron ,the iron was about 2" long.I think the ring was my only good signal that read silver. Most everything was giving a iron silver hit.Its hard to describe because they are all different sounding, you just have to know what you want to dig,and you will dig some trash too. Thanks for looking and have a Happy new year !!!!!

Great work picking through the iron! Your patience was well rewarded. What type of a site were you detecting at?

I was having a good day until I looked at your finds for the day. I only found 1 silver but that's better than none. Congrats on your haul.

Nice job once again.

I've been snowed in the past week but am hoping to get out later this week. I'd be happy with one silver.
